Jamie Kneen from the Mining Watch addresses how mining connects to colonialism within Canada. While Catherine Coumans, also from Mining Watch, describes the connections groups from various countries are making in their struggle against the Canadian mining company, Inco. Jacques concludes with a discussion of how Indigenous people from the small French colony of New Caledonia have been working to build international solidarity in their struggle against the Canadian mining giant, Inco.
