Lock out noticeIn this program Don Kossick talks goes on the line to explore the situation of locked out CEP workers in Saskatchewan who work for the Saskatchewan Government Employees Union (SGEU). Members of CEP Local 481 have been trying to bargain a collective agreement with SGEU leaders for two and a half years.  On November 6, 2007, talks between the two sides broke off and CEP members walked off the job. Two hours later, SGEU locked-out its workers.
